Starting Advantages
Variable frequency soft start, linear and stable operation, no peak current from traditional direct start and Y-△ start, effectively extending the service life of the motor and electromagnetic contactor, while avoiding the risk of power overload penalties from the power department.

Stable Pressure
The variable frequency screw air compressor utilizes the stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter. Through the PID regulator inside the controller or frequency converter, it can start smoothly; for applications with large fluctuations in air consumption, it responds quickly. Compared with the upper and lower limit switch control of power frequency operation, the stability of air pressure is exponentially improved.

Variable Flow Control
The frequency converter adjusts the motor speed in real time based on the actual air consumption to control the exhaust volume; when air consumption is low, the air compressor can automatically enter sleep mode, thereby greatly reducing energy loss; optimized control strategies can further improve energy-saving effects.

Low Noise
During stable operation, the operating frequency is lower than the power frequency, reducing mechanical noise and mechanical wear; if the fan is also driven by variable frequency, it can significantly reduce the noise of the air compressor during operation.
